This is mostly directed to those who are making a living online, but anyone can answer it. Let's say you wake up tomorrow, and your online income is gone. All your websites are gone. Your Adsense/Adwords accounts no longer exist. All your affiliate accounts are gone. Not banned. Not stolen. It's as if they never existed. *knock on wood* Assume you can get a job or have a job already to pay your expenses. But otherwise, it's like someone hit the "INTERNET RESET" button for you. All you have is the internet and your computer to work with, and very little cash on hand. Where would you start to get back into the game?
Freelancing as this is still my main source of $$$$ But now if i start again it will be very easy i got the power (knowledge) that when i started i didn't have ....
I'd get more into freelancing again to build up an initial nest egg to purchase/develop with (though i'm still doing this as i'm no where near making a living online...not even 5% of one)...the real job holds me back at the moment...lol...catch 22...
I would register a domain name and buy a hosting account. I would register on forums and put that domain in my signature and build some sort of portal. Start with a home page and have a link on it to my blog, like Matt Cutts does. Then blog my heart out, start a forum and go from there.
Oh yikes, and that can actually happen to us I would have no idea.. probably explore another part of the market
freelance all teh way.. and if internet dies, then I would probably start teaching and start a teacher.
