I was searching the other day to test how my website rank for one keyword...and then i came across this website who ranked first page for that keyword with contents all gathered from ezine articles but no resource box included...i saw a lot of my articles there.... Most of the contents of his website are the articles from ezines who are included in the most viewed categories, but he has the guts not to include the resource box...i tried the contact the owner but no reply... all copied articles but he made it to first page of google..... what would you do in this case, this is irritating.
Report him for copyright infringement to get him deindexed from Google, and then threaten him with legal action. In reality though, there will be many sites like this and for the most part you can just ignore them as long as they aren't being detrimental. My articles typically show up in Google on 1,200+ sites per article and I would guess 20% of them don't include my links.
Dont bother going after them even if they do not respond after you send them one or two mails. If it is takling away your traffic in a huge margin report him to google and report him to his host
