It isn't the scare that makes Saw 3 good........its the plot. The plot for Saw is awesome, and you have to watch the entire movie to get it.

There is a deep moral issue in Saw 3, and the Saw series is the greatest horror franchise in history in my opinion. The reason I say that is because it is an "intelligent" horror film, which is a rarity, especially today.

I normally hate horror movies, but all three Saw movies rule.

It would take some time for SAW III to release in India.

I am eagerly awaiting the release.
I have both I & II on DVD and I love it.

It was a good film, but I don't think it's suppose to be scary.

I love all the Saw films. There's not enough disturbing films around these days.

And it's even better that Leigh Whannell and James Wan are from Melbourne :)

I haven't watched Saw 2 yet. Is it possible to watch Saw 3 while skipping Saw 2? From what I heard.. saw 2 wasn't that good (and i'm dying to watch saw3 but i'm not really in the mood to watch saw2)

I watched Saw 1 and 2 and I'm pretty impressed with those two parts. I will also watch Saw 3 as soon as I find time for it. :D

I think you should watch saw two first. You might not understand some scenes if you don't. (I think) :D

Whats the point of the movie?

I dont know why anyone would want to pay to watch someone get tortured for hours.... doesnt make any sense to me.

Definitely see Saw 2 before 3. I personally think 2 was better than 3 - the third one had just a bit too much Hollywood in it for me.

    It's fiction, aka entertainment.

I thought Saw 1 was absolutely dire.
Really bad dialogue and wooden acting
(seeing as one of the actors was a writer).

I saw all three of them but only like the first one. I agree with halobait that acting and dialouge sucks(they are all amature). However, the plot is fresh and the twist is unpredictable.

The second is just crap. 2 hour of torture for me

Third one is even worse. They try to put a reason to back up their senseless torture. That doesn't make sense to me..they are just some sick fxxk

:) That's what I was going to say. Anyway, if you want to see a good 2006 movie, go see The Prestige.

If you want to watch a movie like Saw III, then watch a movie called "UNKNOWN" It's follows the same kind of idea of Saw III.
