Hi all, I am trying to save a file that I have made in Gimp 2. It has only 2 layers and is animated and optimised for gif. The problem is that I can't get the speed with which it flashes back and forth with to slow down. When I view it on filters/animation/playback it has the option to slow it down but how do I get it to save that way?

Just starting to learn Gimp 2. I know photo shop is better. Been told that a hundred times but I am broke and figured I would learn the basics anyway before I go to photo shop.

If I didn't describe it in enough detail please let me know. I have been trying for hours to get this to save with the speed slowed down and I just can't figure it out. I know that this is Gimp 2, but I thought the basics were the same just about as photo shop. Some body has to know how to do this. How would you do it on photo shop and maybe I can figure it out for Gimp.
