savefunds.com - has anybody dealt with these guys?

    Hi.
    I am trying to sell one of my sites, and the buyer recommended savefunds.com. I have never heard about these guys, yet, maybe some of you had some experience with this site. I ask those folks to post a short review about them, cause I'm having a hard time collaborating with escrow services that I never heard about.

    the problem is very complicated. the buyer doesn't want the whois to be updated (the only thing escrow searches), he just wants a contract. do you happen to know other escrow services that can provide this type of service.
    Also, do you happen to know at least a bad ending selling process on safefunds?
