If I have a daughter, I would grant her the freedom. I don't prefer that but I don't say it is wrong just because I don't prefer it. Also, regarding this story: If I said that the little girl has no chioce, you would attack me as usual, but I said that she has the freedom so that you will say: no, even if she want the man, we can prevent her from that marriage. And since you just accepted that, then the question is: Are you more carefull for her than her father? Her father knows best what would be better for her, being in dept with him or being married with a good man.
Obviously yes... we would be more careful for her than her father. I am not saying she should get the divorxce and go back to her father, for all we know he is likely molesting her too. Marriage is not about sex only, no, but sex is a part of it. As far as the emotional damage that is inflicted just by the sex alone, it should be stated that this is abuse, plain and simple. Children are not emotionally or mentally able to deal with feeling of helplessness, or extreme stress, or of extreme responsibility. There are significant psychological effects of having sex with a child, or putting them in a position where they are viewed as an adult. It is the job of the parents to protect a child from hard in any way, so, no there is no way this would ever be acceptable, from any ground. If there were more problems than the advantages of such marriage, then it is to be forbidden. But if the marriage was for better life, then I see no problems at all, nay I encourage that to happen. Also, don't try to ignore the fact that there are some young who have a great mind and logical analysis for many problems, so I think you would damage their emotion by consider them and treat them as the rest of the children while in fact you should encourage them to be more intelligent.
