    I am looking for an Affiliate Program which pays affiliate if their customer download and pays for Satellite TV.

    Who pays and who pays the highest ?

    I have no idea who pays the highest.You gotta check Offervault for that.But I do know that Ads4Dough has the offer and have been known for their high payouts and minimal to no scrub/shave policy.They also pay weekly as soon as you hit $1000 in revenue for ANY particular week.Hit up Jason@Smaxor on his AIM to get fast approval.
