Assume no traffic or revenue. The potential is good here, a few of the articles are written to promote satellite dish installers who via cj.com will payout $110 per sale.

Reason for selling:
I have to many sites at the moment, I wish to concentrate my efforts in other areas, I have not got the time or funds to promote this.
