GRIM read the bible... the religion respect the law... all the laws in the world are based on those 10 religiouse laws : to not kill to not lie to not steal to respect other people even 6 days to work and 1 to rest! .... got it?!
Soft doesn't the bible also say something about gods laws above mans laws? There is more to it than listing a couple of the ten commandments
There are probably dozens of different religious belief systems and practices that have been called "Satanism." Depending upon the precise meaning given to the word, the total number of Satanists in the world can be anything from a few thousand to four billion individuals. Dialog on the topic is almost impossible because there is such variability in the meaning of "Satanism" and "Satanist."
Satanism is a weak excuse for people who have little or no control over their personal lives and need an outlet to achieve that temporary satisfaction. I think of it more as a pathetic social club, the satanic church in san. fran. is gay.. If you want to see a real religion controlled by satan (shaitan) look east, far east.. that's all i have to say about that.
there is a fence in the middle. The are two rules: 1) No sitting on the fence 2) Choose one side You all know what this is about. It explains it all.
ive read a bit of the satanistic bible. the parts i read were gross, disturbing, and told you to obey all of your fleshly desires. my question for them is what about when the desire of your flesh is to murder and rape? is that ok? no satanist will answer this question in a public inteview. ive seen people interview them. they won't answer it because they know the answer according to their religion is yes. its obvious that the very foundation of this religion leads to complete disorder and demise.
He's right. I am an ex-satanist & I'll say that it's a wonderful philosophy. It's the promotion & acknowledgment of the occult that undermines it. After a while it begins to feel like a club for "anti-theists" (especially people who strongly dislike Christianity) to vent their frustration & hatred. The Church of Satan is run like a profit oriented business. http://www.churchofsatan.com/ Click on "theory & practice" & read the nine satanic statements, the eleven satanic rules of the earth & the nine satanic sins. The best thing about satanism is that it recognizes the carnal nature of human beings & endorses it.
The basic law of satanism is "Do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the law." I have and tried to read the Satanic Bible but the logic was so bad I just put it back on my shelf.
Satan, in fact, is Hebrew for "obstacle." The horned demon that was associated with it is greek god pan (god of the hunt) that was demonised by the catholic church. Funny how people always try to split "the one" into parts so they have something to project the hatred and nasty part of themselves onto.
Lucifer was God's top Angel that was thrown out of heaven as recorded in the OT. He also goes by the name "Satan." When Jesus was being tempted by Satan I don't think he was just talking to himself. If you wanted to draw Satan accurately I suppose you'd draw him like an Angel of light as the NT indicates he can appear. In the OT people were often given names to describe the person with that name. It's no surprise we named him "Obstacle" rather than "happy fun bunny." In the NT we find that "Peter" means rock and he would be a "rock" for the Church.
If I'm not mistaken, Lucifer, "the Shining One," was very much blessed; as Kalvin said, the "Top Angel." He was given dominion over the Earth, and received Yahweh's full love. It was only on attempting to overthrow the cosmic order that he was cast down, and his being became the contrary of what it once was. Lucifer no longer existed; only Satan. So, not really "aka Satan," as much as "once was Lucifer, now, no longer"; fully transformed into an opposite entity.
As was humanity cast down. I will tell you a secret. The Sha-Than is a hebrew code for the ego driven reactive mind. our ego (neo-cortex) was our fall from the garden. (aka what humanity calls our evolution from the animals) We became more seperate.
