I hate to say it but I think you guys need to maybe check your own servers, as your own sites down, how could someone trust a company like yours with $8-20k when your own site is offline? Maybe invest a little of that money into a cloud so you can't go down. Your site is going offline/online ever so often.. If someone is going to spend $9k a month on a server, or $7k + $10k setup fee, they would be better off purchasing the hardware themselves as you could buy this hardware for the range of what your charging in a few months and own it and drop there hosting bill down to less than a few hundred a month for co-location costs. I don't get it, maybe I'm missing something, and I doubt too many people would just rack out that much money on a single server, when It's actually smarter to setup several servers and split them in 4 servers just incase of failure, because if that failed it would be just as useless as it comes, vs having multiple servers setup and if one fails, you got 3 or more left still online, Just a thought.
Which data-center are you talking about these being put in, and do you own the hardware or are you just re-selling them?
