i have domain registered in 2002 , and used to sell mail order products since 2002 ...i was doing quite well in this niche market until the florida update when my search position which was no1 was dessimated . I then employed a search engine optimisation company in ealry 2004 to try and regain some sales but they were unsucessful in meeting their 3 month promise to gt me back onto pge 1 of google. Not understanding the code at the itime i ignored and forgot about it . About a year later i was back on page 1 , and spent most of 2007 in the top 3 positions ...yeee haaa ...until nov 2007 when i dissappeared completely from the rankings WHY is good question ? Anyway i recently had a threat to report me to google for Black hat techniques ... as the code from 2004 was still in my pages ..... its complicated and mess but you can read about the threat here http://www.seoninjas.net/crap-seo-companies-business-first-httpwwwb-1stcom.html I nowunderstand this as black hat ..but i didnt at the time ..i simply employed a SEO company ? Anyways ... i think my understanding of sandboxing is it is for NEW websites ...what happens to websites that have been reported for google spamming ? as i beleive i have been or mybe google picked up the black hat and sandboxed /banned me ? Anybody have any experience if i will ever return to the rankings ?
