Ok, here is what I have going on.

I am working on a site for a client and I accidentally got the site sandboxed, I believe.

That isn't my question. They have another domain name that they used to use. It has content on it and is 5-6 years old. It has a PR of 2.

Not it has content on it already. Can I do some SEO on that domain and get it ranked on Google for certain keywords. THen turn around and take down the content and have the url stay ranked with a meta refresh redirect. Or a php redirect?

So basically can I have a url that all it does is redirect to another site rank well in the SE?

    Thanks
