I think it was a few months ago when I bougth a program online called Sanbos Seo. It seemed to be legit, and like it would help my websites se rankings ( I own a productions company and have lots of sites). After downloadign it though I thought a little differently. It spams search engines with your website, and makes se's jsut hate your site. My Seo worker estimated that every site I ran it on, it caused about $200 in damage. I had to get the company to pay for all damges after contacting my lawyer. True I did make a lil $$$ off the program being crap, but it casued me alot of work later. I would suggest no one uses this program! Jsut a warning... LAter
Don't feel to bad. This happens to lots of people. Thats why these programs are out there. My company undoes damage by these programs and by those "guaranteed listings" people all the time. I guess its job security but geeze is there a lot of it. Most (not all) of the SEO programs are crud. They either don't work or use tactics not approved by google. Either way they are mainly a waste of money. There are some a few good ones out there though.
