Sandbox Question - Rankings Drop

    A few of my sites went from page 1 o page 2 of google after doing nothing to them. I noticed the drop after doing some relevant link exchanges and directory submission which is weird. Anyway it is still #18 and was #5 after 2 weeks, any ideas how to get it back?

    That is just normal. It takes a while before stabilizing with your site.

    About 3 weeks. My blog was like this. Monday: 15 Tuesday : 32 Wednesday : 44 Thursday: 22 Friday : 12 Saturday : 8

    It will take a while. Sometimes it spikes. You should also do deep link on your signature

    the sandbox time scale is dependent on the competitiveness of the phrase, i found that for small regional seo i have seen web site re-appear in days and other site have been penalized for weeks.
