Sandbox or worst than that?

I have a website (more than 3 months old or created on 2014-10-04) and i am getting very small organic traffic from google like 10 clicks a day. I am just a poor guy and i cannot afford any kind of paid advertisement.
I am using google webmaster tool and i am checking it regularly.
What i have observe is i have like 2-4 impression and single click (25% - 50% CTR) on high competitive phrase (or name of local hotel or place). To make it short those keywords can be profitable.
After 2-3 days it was not on a google SERP even if i search it with my domain name. The page that got a single click was totally gone and not even indexed. It happens more than once and when i get a click from a profitable keyword i am already expecting the page containing it will be de-indexed after a couple of days.

I am not using any black hat seo, i don't even bother building my inbound links now (except for my first month from forum signatures) and i just focused on my content.

    My question is:
Is it because of sandbox? Will i be able to get to SERP ranking again to those keywords after a couple of months?

(Thank you and sorry about my poor english)

Experts and experienced google webmaster tools user... please give your opinion because my website now is my last hope and this kind of google SERP behavior is letting my spirit down.. i have a very limited resources and i cannot afford to start from scratch again. I need it to have a little income before it gets 1 year old to cover hosting and domain name.

first of all... (more than 3 months old or created on 2014-10-04) - your website will be more than 3 months old after 2015-01-04.
Secondly, it's becoming more and more difficult to rank new websites in most of the search engines, not only google.

I have a new website which is about 2 months old and it does have really wild fluctuations in rankings so your case is not unique.
