Hi, I have music/arts site that indexed by Google in 7 mar 2005. I place one PR6 link to this site and had some traffic(500-1000). In first days of may 2005 site lefted sandbox(i think) and I purchased one PR7 link to this site(9 may). In period 18-28 may I had some traffic from google - 3000-3500 hits. In period 28 may - 11 june I had more traffic from google - 14000-15000 hits and good positions. From 11 june to today traffic -10000. Now I have only 2500-3000 from google. (about 1,400,000 in index) So, question: Is it SandBox again or just some cycle and in few(ten-days-cycle) i'll have more traffic?
Hi on bases of the information your posting it will be hard to tell whether you are still in it or left it (some people say it even doesnt exist the "sandbox"). Post a bit more about your allinanchor, allintitle etc (serp positions) , what kind of keywords your are targeting ie. single , plural etc. Whats the age of the website. How many backlinks did you add? Did you add them all in one time? At this website there is this liittle handy sandbox tool . You can use it to detect whether your site is ranking disproportionately poorly in Google's rankings as compared to the link popularity and ranking statistics from the other major search engines and other metrics.
