hi ,2 days ago i started seo using sick submitter on 2 of my new sites about 1 mont old subdomains and the next day they both get almost no trafic from google (from 70pv to 7) i added about 200 profile links to both of them from pr4-8 forums,here are the screens from blog stats http://picturepush(dot)com/public/4842895 http://picturepush(dot)com/public/4843406 doyou think that my sites were sandboxed or its just a google dance ??
Did you try and get the profile links indexed? If not, then I doubt Google would've picked up 400 profiles in a day or two.
I don't think it's neither google dance or sandbox. I doubt that Google will pickup all your profile link in 2 days unless you aggressively indexed your profiles links. Also, I heard that it is better to avoid use the ping option on sick.
unfortunately i was pinging all profiles,i think ill have to leave this sites and create new ones on new server
You should get some high pr backlinks to your site such as PR5 and higher. Go find some blog comments, that are do follow, post a relevent comment that does actually add to the discussion and leave your backlink in the comment itself instead of doing it in the "Name" field box. That looks less spammy then.
In general, you want to develop the links so that they appear to be as natural as possible...i.e. a few each day for awhile, etc. As the site gets older, it can take more as well.
Perhaps the big mistake you made was to ping the profiles. You should have let them be indexed naturally or maybe used SB to add some links to the profiles for added link power.
just google dance. i have found that google dance happens when the site is new and you have all your links pointing to the home page. try adding more links to the inner pages.

search your domain in Google. If you see the results then it is Google Dance. Do link building of internal pages. Do not target only home page URL. Use 5 to 6 different keywords. Do not use only 1 or 2 keywords. Write some unique articles and submit them to article directories. Do not submit same article on different directories. Submit one unique article to only one directory.
how valuable do you think the profile links are on those forums? how much content do you have on your website? unique content pages with content for interested searchers?
You should not build too much profile backlinks. This is not good for your website. Google will think that you are spamming. Actually, those links are very good, but don't try to build too much, and ping tool is not so good, try to use RSS Feed instead.
