Sandbox Google filter Search

I have read some post in the sandbox section about The sandbox Google filter search .. How i can know about my site`s SERP for a keyword if it is in the sandbox?

hello if i can see my site for my targetted keyword when using "without filter" , does it means i am sandboxed or it can be other factors besides sandbox?
