    Dear BaveBr52, do you think my blog site http://www.contestedconsumption.info is in sandbox?
    Previously it is PR4. I have done a lot of fixes for its content to abide Google TOS. Hope that in the next PR update, my blog's PR will be back to its previous PR 4.
    Do you know when the next pagerank update will commence?

    Build links without anchor text to your sandboxed website like "http://www. sandboxedwebsite .com" and links using your logo or an image. Building high amounts of links to new sites, less than 1 year old is never good. Spend the first year developing quality content then you can start building links.

    Research your site for any outbound links that may be considered a "farm" and remove it from your site right away. Then wait it out. Google will index your site again.

    First you need to remove all unnatural posted links from everywhere. Then you need to do quality backlinks generation and avoid paid and automatic or robotic submissions.

    It can be possible due to spamming and ranking might go down. So by getting quality backlinks you will get your keywords back in position as it was previous.

    There is no tool available for checking the status of your site whether its in sandbox or not.As I knew about it whenever your site has thrown into sandbox then an alert message has been sent by google in your webmasters account from there your can check your site status.
