    Hi all,

About a month ago I purchased domain abs-fast.com and started building content about building abs. Buying this domain was quite spontaneous and I haven't done any research (my bad) on it. Just after couple weeks I did find out, that this domain was already used on some niche abs site, has some backlinks from blog comments. Because of this and few more reasons listed below I think my site is sandboxed (as it gets some traffic from google I think it's not blocked completely). Could you guys confirm this and advice how to improve current situation?

Site is live for about a month and current situation is as follows:
    - 123 URL submitted to XML sitemaps; 80 URLs indexed (based on Google webmasters)
    - 21 search query; 200 impressions; <10 clicks (based on Google webmasters)
    - 365 unique visitors (google analytics): 49.6% referral traffic; 42.7% direct traffic; 7.7% search traffic

Googling by site name (abs-fast or abs fast) doesn't show my site in even in fist pages.

Now I'm thinking about two actions - buying backlinks and building social backlinks. But I'm not sure which to make first and which action would give better results. Is it still worth to build backlinks after panda 2.0?

First of all, smartly disavow the links you don't want.
Second, don't repeat the same mistake, by buying links, or other shady things. Build the most informative website you can, promote it organically, run some ads on adwords, bings, etc. to compensate for lack of organic traffic.

First of all, use Google webmaster tool to diswow all low quality old backlinks. Then start building new quality backlinks in natural way.
