    Aloha,

I have looked around, but I can't find anyone mentioning if the sandbox affect new UK sites (and visitors coming from google.co.uk).

Do the sandbox affect UK sites?

    Thanks, Mads

take it form a UK webmaster first hand pal, it does exist, it does affect UK sites - you just have to live with it i'm afraid, keep getting quality links whilst you in though it will help

The only sandbox that existed was in the Google Adwords program.

What you may experience and it depends on the category you are working in is what is known as an aging delay.

Google needs to see your site become trustworthy before they will give it a score worthy of upper results rankings. The more commercial & larger the profit potential of the business... the longer it takes to gain trust. Financial seems to take the longest along with gambling pharmaceuticals etc

Think of it as recommending something to a very close friend.....

would you recommend something you have used for a while and everyone raves about... or a new product service etc that nobody speaks of??

This is not a location based issue......
