    Currently my site does not have one, as I have no clue how to make them. lol Thanks

    Will help with indexing, which will help get you content in Google quicker. Building slow, steady backlinks is always a good way to get ranking quicker.

    Totally agree. Backlinks are the quickest way to get indexed and stay indexed. Keep accumulating more and try to get backlinks related to your website.

    I think that google sitemap dont help very much to get out of sand box u other filters ... :-o

    I personally dont believe in the Sandbox as I havent experiecned it with any of the 3 sites I have but maybe its because I followed what ServerUnion suggests ;)
