We never state that we manage cpanel servers. Just because you ran a freehost, and had abusing users that crashed your httpd, does not leave us liable. Infact, Im willing to give out a free month to a dp member with high itrader. Our current main business is dedicated hosting anyway(with shared storage). I do have the records from microsoft with soulripper's ip address that he spammed bad login attempts to my msn.

Just so you know, I have the legal documentation from microsoft, and will be submitting the information to their legal department. Since you had told me over Microsoft's msn that you did in fact use a program to lock us out of our msn account, Microsoft will have those records, and they would contact your ISP. Are you really prepared to have that sort of action taken against you? IF you want, I will forward you the email from Microsoft.

his service was down for over 10 days but started a new company up under his moms name do not trust him

 

Our openvz services were down, because it is insecure, and our server was exploited, and destroyed. The dedicated servers, and xen vps's remained up for the whole time. This is why we are moving away from openvz.

 

It was insecure and exploited because you couldn't handle it. And just so everyone knows, all there files were lost.

Even my files were lost before, his excuse was it was hacked. And that was the end of it.

 

Well, there was an openvz kernel exploit. You were on a server in our other datacenter, and when they went to recover files, they ended up corrupting the raid set. This has been fixed, as our new datacenter is managed by our own staff, and we have a more secure setup(multiple offsite backups, and onsite backup for quick recovery)

Yes, you had a short password and your server literally got hacked. When our servers went down, that was from a kernel exploit.

The fact that you posed a picture, making a personal attack on him is 100% childish and shows your immaturity in dealing with stuff. Whoever does that has no RIGHT to claim that somebody is unprofessional. Imagine yourself in his shoes. Put this for example, you are open to be liable for slander by calling him bisexual/gay openly in a public forum. I'm sure you have not considered the fact when you posted the post. The only important bit you want to post is the "I got his parents contacts..... discuss to his parents." Other than that, I think what you have done is too much.

Is it this kind of people that we have on DP? We have lots of people who are like you in DP asking for something big or so called 'unmetered' for a cheap price in the end, turning about and scolding the other saying you got scammed. Should you do research on the company, reviews etc... you will not fall into that. As the law state, the Law does not help stupid people. People do make bad bargains, the law accepted that. Too bad. The Shyster could run but conscience will get him and the court of conscience will certainty get to him.

Ok, first off I'm not "bisexual/gay", I have no idea were you are getting that from. Second off, I'm in this business with my father, and a business parter, so therefore what right do you have to call us un professional? If you want your $30 back, fine. You used your full time, and you really don't deserve it, but thats ok. What is your paypal email? Also, I recegnise that unmetered services are not possible, and we do not offer them.

We run a high performance xen cluster, in our own rackspace, with owned hardware. How many hosts on DP have that? Our uptime in our new datacenter(with the owned hardware), has been near perfect. All xen plans, and dedicated servers never went down. This is why our main business is no longer openvz VPS's.
