IT's xen, it doesn't have burstable ram. Thats why the plans are so much more expensive than openvz, the resources are all pre-allocated http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xen

You also get your own partition on the server, which accelerates disk io, because there is much better isolation of Domu's(VE's)

That was a company that we aquired. I did the guy a favor by buying it for $100 when it made $0, and used tons of resources. After 2 months, our parent company(Webian LLC) could not afford to keep it. The origional owner scammed many people out of there money, then closed his paypal account. I did not take anyone's payment.

Yep, Check out the plans table on the site to see the swap amounts. We don't currently do windows vps's, although we are looking into it. The problem is, xen windows VPS's get to be expensive, since each VDS needs it's own windows license(with virtuozzu you only need one license).

 

I have Had a lunix vps from Adam for longer then 2 months and its perfect Vps from him
its not just the support its the servers uptime and stuff like that i reccomend adam we have known each other for like 5 months and never had any problems

Are proxies allowed? Also is this managed?

 

Proxies and all content legal in the US is allowed(adult, etc...) These include basic management if you use LxAdmin, but not for other panels/Os's

 

This guy isn't reliable.

Well, soulripper is most likely a high school student, as your methods are rather strange. Creating a program to lock me out of my msn is rather unprofessional, don't you think? What child leases rackspace in a datacenter, owns the hardware, and has a complex SAN network setup? Don't kid yourself.
