Same site on multiple domains, what to do?

    My site is www.elixirwebsolutions.com

I want local presence for UK and Canada, as we are having our offices there also.

So, I have domains with .co.uk and .ca

Now I have put the same site (that of .com) to other domains as well.

I know it may harm me, search engines don't like it. But I want the same site on all domains and all optimized.

How can I do it, without getting any search engine penalty?

Can't you modify the pages a little to reflect the more local aspect? Give it a more 'personal touch'? I would say that would help gain the trust of the local market anyway since it's predominantly outsourcing you offer.
<edit>I just checked out your .co.uk site and it sort of makes the point for me. All of your prices are in dollars and not pounds sterling. The telephone number is an international one ...

Well, giving a local look and feel is important, definetly I'll so it.

I have just copied the same site on .co.uk domain, so it showing prices in dollars and an international number. I'll make changes very soon, just in one or two days.

.htaccess redirect won't help me as I want different site visible to both visitors and search engines.

The problem i am facing here is:

I don't have much time to make big changes in content. So I want more or less same content (although i'll give local look and feel), on more than one domain. AND I want all my domains to be optimized and get rankings in search engines.

Point here is: Search engine hate duplicate content on different domains.

How I can have duplicate content on different domains and still make search engines happy?

    One more question:

If I am not having any alternate to change the content, Than I'll be very happy if you tell me upto what extent I have to change the content?

Also let me know how should i proceed changing the content?

Don't you find it tedious to manage 3 different domains with 3 sets of pages all of which with the same content?

You could opt to have one site that contents aimed for all audiences in uk, canada and the rest of the world and have all 3 domain point to that one content/site. That way it would be much more easier to manage the site, since any sudden alterations will be done to only one page and not to 3.

Since, I believe SEs will still be recognizing all three domains and you wont have to worry about penalty for duplicate content.

But if you really prefer to manage 3 domains with 3 sets of content, you really need to localize all the contents for the .co.uk and .ca

    :) anyways I'm just suggesting
