    I have two sites ahluwalia-firm.com and immigrationattorneyca.com both has same designing. would any effect on SERP ? Please let me know shall i change my website design ?

    Well unique design is a good plus for your sites. This makes Google understand that you are not one more sites with fre tempate. SO its much better if your site HTML code is unique in the whle WEB. But this applies only to HTML code as i know.
