Same niche, Same host but Diffrent domain and language

Hey there guys,

I have a small question that I couldn't find the answer for in Google FAQ and maybe you guys could make my life a little easier

I have a site that is currently in hebrew language and I want to make the exact same site but on a diffrent Domain and in english version and it's supposed to be hosted on the same host (I'm doing this so my keywords and adsense won't get messed, since it's not too good to have 2 languages on the same site).

Now my question is simple: Is this breaking any of the google adsense Terms?
If it does, Please tell me which of what I said is not allowed.
1. Diffrent Domain and same niche is not allowed.
2. Diffrent Domain and same niche and diffrent language is not allowed.
3. Same host and same niche is not allowed on a diffrent domain.
4. Other.

It is fine if it's a language translation, you should keep it on the same domain name.

You will be fine. There are a lot of sites on the Internet doing exactly the same thing.
Quality sites never got banned from Google.

Different domain the same content is not allowed which are many people who usually violate the rule.
