Same name but different dot

    Same name but different dot same market
    for example
    directora.com they make directory

    i just register directora.net or directora.info and also will make directory

    Is it illegal or not or am i wrong?

    Is directora a common term/dictionary word anywhere?
    If not, there is a chance the other directory business might attempt to invoke TM.
