Same link from every blog post with same anchor text - is it good for SERP ?

I have a blog and post new articles daily to promote my mail website.

I have put a link in blogroll with a keyword say- Keyword1
    and,
Also use same keyword "keyword1" as anchor text in everypost to link same website.

Is it a good practice ? Will google consider it as a natural link ?
    Any valuable suggestion...?

No, it's clearly an unnatural linking pattern, mix in some variations of your keyword, and some non-anchor text lin ks, and some nofollows, too. Natural linking is varied.

Google will count the first anchor text and ignore the second, given that the second is linking to the same page. Therefore, it is not a good idea to have the same link in the blogroll as the link you are using in your blogposts.
