Same Layout and Colours AD Placement

Hi there

I noticed Google has two separate statement on them TOS

1. AD Placement: never mention about layout and colour
2. Competitive Ads: cannot have competitive ads have same layout and colour of Google's

So, my question is:

If my own content has same layout and colour of Google AD, will it violated TOS of google adsense?

I attached a sample idea blow. Please give your opinions or similar placement on other big sites

 

You might be "too aggressive" as they might say but it looks fine to me...i would recommend blue links...people tend to reference the color blue as links to more information hence higher CTR. Test it out yourself.

 

Seems a little bit dangerous

 

This is very dangerous since "other ads" are confuse the google ads which is not allowed by adsense

 

So, all your guys agree it violates TOS . But, which one?
And, if the link color is Blue, then safe, and even better result, right?

put the link blue for adsense and you should be fine with this placement.

 

For me Red is tend to be clicked more after blue. But still Blue is the most clicked adsense link.
