Same IP - Different Domains - Outside Links

If I have two domains (A and B) that share the same IP and link to an outside IP link partner as shown in the diagram.

Will the search engines view this as one-way links, or will they just consider it another reciprocal link because of the shared IP address?

    Thanks, DEL

This wont benefit much for your link partner C..
SE will consider as two differnt links.
But if you get link from Same shared IP than you might not get good weight..

In theory, that should be treated as a reciprocal link, but I have never seen any evidence that the search engines are treating them as anything but one-way links.

Point in fact. Take a look at blogspot.com. At blogspot, all blogs are hosted on the same ip block. But, google lets you pass PageRank from blog to blog, because they are different subdomains.
