Same Domain Name Legal Issues

    Hi, can we use the same domain name some big companies have like mediafire.com - use mediafire.us or imageshack.us and we use imageshack.info.

    Nope , they will have trademark issue , and you are planning to make same kind of website so it will be trademark ,

    Don't buy trademarked domains it's just a waste of money and time.

    you might end up getting banned and that would totally suck considering the money you wasted for a domain that would not even give back.
