Same class C IP domain will rank?

I am working on two websites for SEO. I noticed two domains are under same class C IP.
http://techfake.com 174.132.104.34
http://trueindian.in 174.132.104.34

Will these rank in search engine? Any effect for ranking? I have a confusion. I want some advice from experts..

I think it is not so relevant. Many sites are on the same IP and Google does not make the major problems. It is a difficult thing to miss, but you don't need to care about it. They will rank. Think about it from this perspective that many websites has one hosting provider and none of them have problem with getting ranking in Google.

 

I think is not a problem if they are on the same IP. Do not interlink them.

 

No problem at all if you have the same C class ip for 2 domains. Definitely you can rank.
