Same Channel Same Size ad with different id. Code posted on website appears the same

I have created multiple ads on one channel, many the same size, but I see each has a different id.

I wanted to clean up the channel and use the same code for each same size ad.
when i view the code posted on my website it appears the same for each same size ad.

What is the best use here?
does it make sense to delete all but one for each same size ad under one channel?
