Same Bank Account, Name, Postal Address & Other Personal Details on 2 Paypal Accounts

    I lives in India and wanted to confirm if my current Paypal account is blocked and if I want to open other Paypal account then would it be possible to use Same Bank Account, Credit Card, Name, Postal Address & Other Personal Details in New Account as used in first Account?

    My dear if you using all mentioned thing then why paypal will block your account. It will happen only if you did some cheating.
    But if unfortunately it get blocked somehow. You can not use above things anymore because during adding those things it tally with its data.Thats how no-one can add One credit Card or Bank Account in two Places. Because your account is Blocked not Deleted all information is there already. So you know you can not add previous things anymore.

    I think it will help others to understand

    No, you can't open another account with same details.

    You have to use different bank account. if you try to use the same account again paypal will block you

    You can not use the same info. You will need a totally new set of documents. If you get banned and have difficulty in setting up a new account, I can point you in the direction of people who can assist.

    Why the first account blocked? Your all future account will be blocked on last account resultant. Contact PayPal and inform them about your thought and action.

    First thing, You try to contact Paypal why did they blocked your account.
    Second, Just go through the reasons given by them for blocking your account.

    You can not use the same information used while creating your previous Paypal account. You must have all the info's new. Cause your all previous information "may be" blacklisted by Paypal as they blocked your account.

    If i open a new paypal with different bank name but my name will be same and also i have added my Pan card on the blocked account as well So if open new account i need to put my same pan card details.

    This is the real problem. Now you have to contact paypal and to ask why they block your account. If you had not done any fraud previously, i hope they will understand your problem and will resolve it .
