Same article on multiple pages?

Is adding same article on multiple pages within a single domain acceptable? In order to compliment the site and have AdSense throughout all those pages? Like 30 pages with the same article? Or 30 separate articles (relating to same content)?

Google may penalize you if you happen to use the same content more than three times on your site. Beware this may result in a ban and a drop in Google Page rank.

Avtually fXXk, I won't be putting duplicate stuff on different pages. I realize it's a NO-NO! Thanks for the input though!

I can see no point in what you are proposing.

However I occasionally use Wordpress to assign an article to multiple categories if it's relevant to the user.

this would be a BIG no no and you will risk duplicate content penalty by google. i cannot see any reason for using 30 same articles on a same domain. not only you cannot use 30 same articles on the same domain, each article u use would have to be unique also. if you are using a blog and assign the same article to multiple categories, then use canonical URL (do a google search) which has just recently been introduced.

It will be treated as content theft and will be penalized by Google.

Yeah, there's no way I'll follow this. What I've come to realize is this: ONE SINGLE ARTICLE OF CONTENT ON ONLY ONE SPECIFIC PAGE. No, I need to get to restructuring the layout of my index page!
