hi I know it will be great to submit one unique article for one submission. But is there a minimum count to submit one unique article to many submissions. is 1 to 5 ok thankks
If article directories allow then you can submit. Even, these days most of the directories are not allowing duplicate content or articles already submitted.

I have one article well written, got a bl from a releated blog with posting the article. can i use that article more than once may be 5 times in different blogs. or 5 different article directories. is it ok? Is article directory submission still working.

As someone who has done this for a lot of years, despite Matt Cutts telling us not to stress over duplicate content a few years ago, it's not going to net you the kind of traffic and returns that you want if its duplicated all over the net. What I find that most people don't recognize and realize is that they are doing all of this for a reason. Many SEOs and SEMs focus on the ranking, but you need to focus on the reason why you want those rankings and that is to improve your traffic to the site and increase your positioning in order to increase your bottom line. In all honesty, were I to see a company who sent me the same article on five or six different sites without any changes or difference between them, my assumption would be that they were cutting corners to rank faster and my expectation would be that they would cut corners in the work that I would order from them too. It's not a good first impression.
I agree. Transparency is very important and because of that many SEO companies were boiled up by not updating their services. Yes, everybody has to adapt and filter at the end of the day. Beginners though will need to understand that having online business requires more than paying host, requires also knowledge and auto education.
