Same address , two different accounts , is it safe?

i have an adsense account from past 3 year.... doing well but yesterday my brother who lives the same place creates an adsense account too with the same address. can any one guide me that is it fine or google will take any action on it?

we both work for different websites.

 

whyt don't you email adsense and ask them????

 

I believe you can only have one AdSense account per address, I haven't reviewed this part in the TOS in awhile so it could have been changed. I'd assume if they approve the account it is consider ok.
