    I'm selling a brand new site, Homemade Salsa. The site is Wordpress-based, and has 186 recipes sorted by letter. The recipes have been collected from various sources, therefore recipes are not unique to this site. I've modded the Wordpress theme a bit to show a random recipe on the front page and showing just titles on the category pages. I will move the entire site to your server, no matter what price it goes for, at no additional charge.
