Selling Saling 2 affiliate sites - $500

I'm saling two (2) sites in a niche of outdoor equipment and gear, made to earn money from PPS (Per Pay Sale) affiliate programs with popular on line gear stores.

1. First site.

niche: site is online catalog with manually selected outdoor gear products based on forum reviews, opinions and site editor choice, so it's deliver real best items for the visitors
content: add value content is above 35%: text content for category pages like explanation how softshell fabric works, selected product photos, reviews, descriptions, whrere to buy information - it was made really manually by adding content via site backoffice (admin)
- so site have some real value for visitors.
domain age: 1.5 years

tech: Site based on custom made Magento (1.3.2) template and it was boostered and tweaked a lot for good sharing hosting perfomance. Site have good admin panel - it's easy to add products.

affiliate merchants: site registered in such affiliate networks: cj.com, avantlinks.com, shareasale.com and aproved by large online stores like: rei.com, backcountry.com, moosejaw.com, altrec.com, jensonusa.com and others. So i've included affiliete network approval
in site sale price cause it's not so easy to get approval for PPS programms. Merchans pay from 5 to 15% commision per item sale price. You can withdraw earned money via paypal, check, durect deposit etc. 90% of affiliate links are active and links add manually.

hosting type: shared hosting - USA location

Visitors and keywords: Site visitors depends on season (3 season) - now it's 20 to 30 (47 max) visitors per day - in the spring i can suggest around 50 visitors - cause many people buying outdoor gear in spring mostly. The keywords are just sweet.
It's mostly keyword of product items and also i have some sweet general keywords like 'best softshell jackets' and others - google for it it's on the 1st page on google - you can earn money from that. I can provide full stats for real buyer. Stats stored at google analytics and also
i added site to webmaster's google bar.

Earning: I made aff links in December of 2009. For the February there are only $16 of comission (for the month) - two items was sold. The prediction for the season is above 5-6 items = around $40-60 with current visitor stats. Learn the rule site vistor per day = $ per month.
My prediction based on my biking-gloves.com ($50 per mo) and other site i dont want to show. Buyer are supposed to have proper affiliate marketing, seo and webmasters skills. I dont want to sell site to someone - you can just unable to support and maintain it.

Product items: site filled with 227 products it's above 40% of all site categories.

niche: niche site for hiking, travel, outdoor footwear - unique, usefull content - site connected with first site (1) - sale links, just links to categories

tech: pure html, css, js site, no engine.

affiliate merchants: same as for the first site

hosting type: shared hosting - USA location

Visitors and keywords: Site visitors depends on season (3 season) - now it's 15 to 20 (29 max) visitors per day. Notice 0.45% bounce rate (awersome!!!), Very sweet keywords like 'best trekking shoes' - top10 and many other - all visitors are 100% key visitors.

Earning: PPS programs, same as for site #1

Sale object: domain name, whole site (site engine, database etc), prepaing shared hosting (unlimited domains) - hostnine.com, 4 affiliate network accounts (cj.com, avantlink.com, sharesale.com, affiliatefuture.com)


Sale price for the #1 and #2 sites is: $500 it contain's affiliate accounts, custom magento template, prepaid setuped hosting and lot of job made to make those site. You should be skilled webmaster or affiliate. I already have succesfull sale XP, some years ago i sold biking-gloves.com

When were the sites started by you and first indexed?

 

Hello,
#1 was started in august of 2008, but i used robots nofollow (stupid mistake), so #1 was indedexed only in Aug 2009, google webmaster's panel says - 178 pages indexed
#2 was started in January of 2009 and indexed at the same time
