Sounds like affiliate and the % is too small or too big depending on what is sold. A sales personwr you pay either money or money+commission or commission; if the last option then you decide, per deal, what it will. As for bigger deals for instance, the sales person has to do quite a bit of work closing the deal. Or for instance, you have deals which require the sales person to access his network and put his *ss on the line. These kind of deals are not doable for 10%. Though an affiliate deal is fine; I would not do it for 10% in that case seeing the dealsizes on your site. Good look finding the person you are looking for though.
