Salesforce - How do I create Partner Accounts?

    I'm learning Salesforce and I want to know how to setup partner accounts. I've watched the online tutorial Salesforce at and I only got annoyed as it told me how great it was and not how to set them up.

    What I want to do is have say X number of clients and then be able to connect X number of contacts. The contacts could connect to any client.

    Example:
    Client 1
    - Host: Contact 1: RiverWest
    - Registrar: Contact 2: RegisterIt
    - Design: Contact 3: RapidDesigns

    Client 2
    - Host: Contact 4: DreamIT
    - Registrar: Contact 4: DreamIT
    - Design: Contact 5: Cool Sitz

    Client 3
    - Host: Contact 1: RiverWest
    - Registrar: Contact 1: RiverWest
    - Design: Contact 6: Bobs Studio

    And so on.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction for a tutorial or some help?

    Thanks britishguy. I also figured out that the library has SalesForce for dummies so I'll get that when it comes in.
