As a vendor, I already had a few of these cases. A customer makes a purchase, and the charge goes through. The customer gets the clickbank receipt with the link to the product, but when the customer follows the link, the clickbank page says something like "there is no record of this sale" even though the payment went through and the receipt shows up in analytic reports. Thank god it only happened 2 times sofar and I was able to save the sales, but this little error can be devastating if it happens often. Have any other vendors had this? Could it be related to the paypal outages? Thanks
it has happened to me before, but it was because the customer got a refund so the link no longer worked but I think your case is different
