    Hey everyone,

I was working on a flow chart for the sales process I've used/plan to use (it's a combination of experience and theory) for digital products via Clickbank and I figured I'd turn it into a fancy HTML page with Javascript lightboxes and everything.

Anyways, check it out at http://www.mellowbusiness.com/sales

I am not trying to sell anything (or anything like that). I just figured some people would want to see it.

    :)

EDIT: Oh, and click on any of the icons for more information about that stage of the process.

    Pretty nice! :)

I'm confused by the end though. The user goes through the CB checkout, then you've got a "not paid" option? How will they get through it if they don't pay? And if you're guessing they're going to press the "Back" button, how can you reliably detect that from a programmatic point of view?

Oh, and why have two opt-in pages? The only way they could've got to the sales letter is through an opt-in form, so I'm assuming the second is a "customers only". In which case, shouldn't it come after the payment?

If you click on the icons you'll see the descriptions, but here's a quick breakdown:

The "Not Paid" option is there because a user can go to the Clickbank checkout page but not actually pay (they can just close the Window).

Also, the second opt in form before the checkout page is so that if a potential customer reaches the checkout page but doesn't pay you can automatically follow up with emails like "Hey, I noticed you reached the checkout page but didn't pay, is there anything I can help you with?" If they do pay however they're taken off that list and automatically added to the "Customers" list (that's possible using the rules functionality in Aweber).

    Thanks for the comments.
