I need some help on setting up risidual monthly commisions for salespeople to recieve a monthly check is that possible in OG? not even sure where to begin
You would set them up under "Edit Salespeople", then you should be able to assign them to customers (on the Customer Info screen) and/or specific Invoices.
can you assign the salespeople to employees? or would i set up a new account type for that? and also under the edit employees screen what is "days to pay"?
No, salespeople are not necessarily the same as employees. Days to pay for salespeople would be the number of days an account is active you want to pay commissions on. Leave it blank for indefinite.
maybe im reading this wrong, but im still confused. how does that work for a monthly basis? do i put 30? and then every 30 days it gives the commision?
