We own an online store for laser products. It got 600$ orders last month(average incoming). The profit is > 50%. How much does it cost if we sell it ?

Multiply the amount of money you make in a month (on average) x 6 months. That's a reasonable selling price.
So if your site makes $600 after all expenses and everything. Then you could sell it for $600 x 6 = $3600.

Don't sell yourself short though, It could go up to 10x the monthly PROFIT if there is little work involved in maintaining that level of income!

Wow, that would be a lot. What website do you go to to find buyers?

If you mean selling your website then you need to provide at least 6 month of average earning.
Then the actual price of the site is max at 5x of your monthly average earning.

It should also be mentioned that a price of X months of income is assuming the buyer is getting a site with residual income. If you are personally responsible for bringing in the sales (PPC, comment spam, etc...), then the site is worth very little. So traffic sources are a key factor.
