    The title pretty much says it all.

    This is a site with Webmaster/Business/WebHosting Articles, it has a PageRank 4, 20,179 in Co-op weight, and 54,700 pages indexed in Google.

    I am asking $1800 by PayPal, but might consider a lower price, if that is not met (feel free to make offers).

    According to Awstats, this site has only gotten 89 Unique Visitors so far this month, so the main value would probably be in the co-op weight.

    A couple of things I should clarify:

    1. I intend to keep all existing links (purchased or from other sites of mine) that are pointing at this site up for at least the next month or two. After that, I'll probably take them down. This site was a PR4 before I purchased a few links for it, though, so the lack of the links shouldn't make all that much of a difference, especially as far as co-op weight is concerned.

    2. The site actually has more categories then are being displayed, and articles from the other categories sometimes show up under the "related articles" links.

    Also, after thinking about it, I will lower the asking price $600 to $1800. The co-op weight alone should be well worth that price.
