Feedback sale not fulfilled?

    so i won the sale of a site , but the person selling it hasn't been on for days , what happens down , i put in my bit waited the 6days that the person had put up for the sale , surely they would've recieved emails letting them know i won the sale and and the pm's i have been sending , but still no show

    i thought the likes was meant to weed this out ?
