    Hey, This is the left out server offer here. Means some time company like Softlayer, Leaswebs and others sold there some of servers they don't need anymore that because they stop offering that requirements already, but when they offer that kind of plan some one bought it and now he moved to others server offers, so the current server is remain. As you know running a server is not easy because of electricity and network connections cost.. and all that.. Well, this server hardware cost is already fulfill so you just pay the nominal cost which is very very cheap.
