    maher20, that guy just tried to make fun of your traffic lol. iFraming traffic is sort of "blackhat" traffic system. I also have some traffic generated like this, sometimes it is on 500 uniques a day, and sometimes it is 3K uniques a day. This traffic system rocks :p Anyways, good luck with your sales and I must say, this iframed traffic is by far the best way to gain good alexa ranking and google serp, but don't forget to hide the Referral URL, it might hurt if the targeted page has any Google Product on it, for example: Google AdSense or Google Analytics.
